You'll document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to reach optimal resolutions on the GOAT marketplace. You'll ensure orders in the fulfillment flow are solved and returned for same-day shipment, and develop an understanding of shoe conditions considered issues by GOAT standards.

• Document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to resolve them
• Ensure orders return to fulfillment flow for same-day shipment
• Pick shoes from inventory and process specific returns and orders
• Take photos quickly and accurately of sneakers

📋 Requirements

• Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
• Background in dealing directly with customers and suppliers
• Willing to operate carts, dollies and other moving equipment
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours) and lift 35 pounds
