💼 About This Role

You'll build the next cloud platform for running AI agents at a fast-growing Series A startup. Your work will directly impact billions of sandboxes running simultaneously with sub-200ms startup times. You'll tackle challenges like live migration, noisy neighbor problems, and kernel-level observability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build a distributed system for millions of AI agents
• Build an orchestrator for placing sandboxes on nodes
• Add support for sandbox live migrations
• Scale to billions of simultaneous sandboxes

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years building distributed systems
• Deep Linux internals expertise including eBPF and cgroups
• Experience with VM hypervisors like Firecracker or KVM
• Strong systems programming in Go, Rust, or C/C++

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with userfaultfd (UFFD) or copy-on-write
• GPU passthrough or PCIe device virtualization
• Contributions to Firecracker or Cloud Hypervisor
