💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the Owner's on-site representative managing large-scale data center construction across Texas. You'll drive safety, schedule, and quality while coordinating with general contractors and trade partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily site walks to identify safety concerns and schedule risks.
• Monitor construction progress against the GC's integrated P6 schedule.
• Lead daily and weekly progress meetings with GCs and trade partners.
• Coordinate commissioning and closeout activities with the Commissioning Agent.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in large-scale commercial construction.
• Mission-critical or data center experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience).

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of lean construction methodologies.
• Experience with Owner-Furnished Equipment coordination.
• Proven field supervision of high-volume projects.
