💼 About This Role

You'll oversee Wave's agent network acquisition and operations for an assigned region in Niger, supervising agent openers and liaising with admin teams to achieve set targets. Your core impact will be driving financial inclusion by expanding cashless services. This role offers the chance to build and lead a field team in a high-growth fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate agent openers to identify new location opportunities and acquire agents
• Ensure agent recruitment complies with legal and policy requirements
• Deliver agent training on products, procedures, KYC, and AML/CTF
• Manage cash/e-value availability and monitor agent performance

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English and French
• Master’s degree in a related field
• At least 5 years managing an agent network in Niger
• Minimum 2 years managing field-based teams
