You'll take ownership of supply-side provider growth for a hyper-growth startup solving the mental health epidemic. You'll build the engine to identify, attract, and convert top psychiatrists nationwide. This role offers direct founder partnership and autonomy to shape key decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate at the intersection of growth, operations, and strategy
• Own projects end-to-end from ideation through execution
• Define new processes and technologies for first-pass problems
• Collaborate closely with the Founder and business leaders

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in a high-growth organization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• In-person presence in New York City 5 days a week
