Description
You will partner with the CEO and founding team to lead the company through a phase of significant scale, translating vision into focused execution and building organizational structure for growth. You will drive operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve revenue per employee through disciplined execution.
Requirements
- Experience scaling companies at $25M+ ARR
- Proven SaaS leadership, ideally scaling a B2B SaaS company
- Strong operational discipline and data-driven leadership
- Ability to partner with founding team and align strong personalities
- Exceptional attention to detail with bias for action in fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Partner with CEO to develop actionable three-year company strategy
- Implement scalable operating system (e.g., EOS/OKRs) for accountability and measurable outcomes
- Manage structured weekly, monthly, quarterly business scorecard/dashboard tracking revenue, retention, and operational KPIs
- Align and optimize end-to-end GTM strategy across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Ensure product roadmap prioritizes revenue-impacting features and align engineering delivery timelines
