You'll lead and scale a high-performing team managing Stripe's Network partnerships globally, driving retention of top talent and navigating complex regional nuances. You'll architect long-term partnership strategies and align leadership, GTM, and product teams around a shared vision. This role offers the opportunity to represent Stripe at industry events and forge close relationships with senior stakeholders.

π Requirements
- 15+ years in strategic partnerships or business development
- 10+ years deep domain experience in payments or card networks globally
- Demonstrated executive presence and collaborative approach
- 5+ years leading and inspiring distributed global teams
