Description

You will lead a team of designers responsible for Stripe's public-facing web presence, including stripe.com, link.com, and Sessions. You will define creative direction for acquisition, global expansion, and experimentation, manage and grow designers, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, impactful storytelling experiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of creative direction and management experience
• 9+ years in strategy, information architecture, web design, or creative technology at digital agencies or tech-forward companies
• Leadership in driving strategic thinking for digital experiences
• Expert understanding of formal elements of design
• Conviction in the web as a storytelling medium
