You'll lead a team of 25 sales professionals across the UK, Italy, Spain, and Germany, driving high-value merchant partnerships in Hospitality, Retail, and Beauty. As a newly created role, you'll unify four markets under one strategic playbook and own the European revenue target.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop Key Account Team Leads across four European markets.
  • Own the European Key Account revenue target and merchant partnerships.
  • Define and refine the Key Account playbook for Hospitality, Retail, and Beauty.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering for value proposition.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven track record as a senior sales leader with individual contributor closing experience.
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams across multiple markets or regions.
  • Strong coaching ability with a track record of developing Team Leads.
  • Comfort with outbound sales tools such as Gong, Lusha, Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Pipedrive.
