You will attract, select, and onboard top talent by managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and leveraging data to optimize processes and strengthen our employer brand.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting for different business roles, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever or similar)
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics
  • University degree in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify talent through various channels
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment processes with new tools and techniques
  • Leverage recruitment data and analytics to track metrics and inform decisions
