You will attract, select, and onboard top talent by managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and leveraging data to optimize processes and strengthen our employer brand.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for different business roles, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever or similar)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics
- University degree in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify talent through various channels
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
- Evaluate and improve recruitment processes with new tools and techniques
- Leverage recruitment data and analytics to track metrics and inform decisions
