💼 About This Role

You'll support mixed-age Montessori classrooms for children ages 0–6, helping maintain a calm and nurturing learning environment. This on-call role offers flexible hours and could lead to a full-time position. No Montessori experience required—training provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms to support children and maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children
• Model patience, professionalism, and kindness in every interaction

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor
