🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify patients’ dental insurance coverage and benefits
• Submit accurate and timely insurance claims electronically and by mail
• Follow up on outstanding claims, appeals, and denials
• Communicate with insurance companies for pre-authorizations

📋 Requirements

• Experience in dental insurance, billing, or coding preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid and NC Tracks claims processing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
