🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead live shadowing calls to extract tasks via screen-share.
• Review client emails to identify repetitive tasks for delegation.
• Audit client's website, socials, and calendars for invisible work.
• Collaborate with Bench VAs on office floor before account goes live.

📋 Requirements

• Business intuition to identify delegation opportunities from messy schedules.
• High technical literacy with G-Suite, Slack, and PM tools.
• Consultative presence and EQ to guide stressed executives.
• In-office availability for physical collaboration with Bench VAs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Familiarity with Loom and WhatsApp for asynchronous capture.
