💼 About This Role

You'll own how Airalo deploys marketing spend across markets and channels to drive efficient growth. You'll manage a multi-million dollar global budget, making allocation decisions with imperfect data to scale what works and cut what doesn't. This role focuses on building systems that enable data-driven tradeoffs and incrementality testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Allocate performance marketing spend across markets and channels
• Optimize multi-million dollar budget to meet CAC and payback targets
• Design and run incrementality tests like geo holdouts
• Translate attribution data into real budget decisions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in performance marketing or growth
• Managed multi-million dollar marketing budgets
• Deep experience in Paid Social, Search, and app-based growth
• Proven data-driven decision-making with imperfect information

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MMM or advanced measurement frameworks
• Background in mobile-first or app-based businesses
• Familiarity with Adjust, GA4, Firebase or similar ecosystems
