You will develop and implement 360° campaigns, manage media strategy, oversee creative development, and coordinate with external agencies. You will analyze performance data, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leading brand strategies, media, and campaigns in dynamic environments
  • Proven experience leading teams or projects with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in digital channels and media ecosystem: social media, Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Data-driven approach with ability to analyze metrics and make performance-based decisions

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead comprehensive brand strategy ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Develop and implement 360° campaigns to maximize awareness, consideration, and conversion
  • Manage media strategy (paid, owned, earned) optimizing investment and channel mix for ROI
  • Supervise creative development and coordinate with agencies to ensure quality and KPI achievement
  • Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable strategies and brand initiatives
