💼 About This Role
You'll own strategic relationships across a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, driving Net Revenue Retention to 115%+ and managing $3M+ in ARR. You'll lead QBRs with senior stakeholders, uncover growth opportunities, and secure renewals and expansions. This role offers the chance to influence product roadmaps and work remotely in a fast-growing legal tech company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own strategic relationships across a blended portfolio of clients.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (QBRs) aligning on strategic goals.
- Drive renewals and expansion discussions with commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Mid Market to Enterprise B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven ability to own commercial outcomes including renewals and expansions
- Confident presenting to C-Level executives and leading strategic conversations
- Skilled in account planning and identifying whitespace in enterprise relationships
