💼 About This Role

You'll own strategic relationships across a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, driving Net Revenue Retention to 115%+ and managing $3M+ in ARR. You'll lead QBRs with senior stakeholders, uncover growth opportunities, and secure renewals and expansions. This role offers the chance to influence product roadmaps and work remotely in a fast-growing legal tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own strategic relationships across a blended portfolio of clients.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (QBRs) aligning on strategic goals.
  • Drive renewals and expansion discussions with commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Mid Market to Enterprise B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven ability to own commercial outcomes including renewals and expansions
  • Confident presenting to C-Level executives and leading strategic conversations
  • Skilled in account planning and identifying whitespace in enterprise relationships
