💼 About This Role

You'll assist students with diverse needs in accessing the general education curriculum at High Tech Elementary North County. You'll facilitate small group and individual instruction, monitor student progress, and build meaningful relationships to support behavioral and academic growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with instruction and supervision of students with learning differences
• Facilitate tutorial activities for individuals or groups of students
• Monitor student progress and provide input for evaluations
• Perform clerical support including note-taking and document preparation

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Associate's degree (or higher) or 60 college units
• Pass a formal State or local academic assessment in reading, writing, and mathematics
