Description

As a Production Technician, you will support RF filter manufacturing processes and equipment, working independently and collaborating with engineers in a dynamic environment. Your work contributes to Starlink's mission of global connectivity and SpaceX's goal of enabling life on Mars.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety/quality protocols
• Experience with SPC and data monitoring preferred
• Willingness to cross-train and operate multiple tool sets

Responsibilities

• Conform to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train Production Operators on SOPs
• Input data and monitor SPC control charts for processes and equipment, follow corrective actions when violations occur
• Obtain qualifications to operate area equipment and ensure safety and quality protocols are followed
• Multitask and cross-train across multiple tool sets, support new product introductions and existing processes
• Support continuous process improvements to enhance yield, reduce cycle time, and lower manufacturing costs
