You will design, develop, and deploy customer-centric features using data science, machine learning, and generative AI. You will contribute to high-priority AI initiatives that directly benefit customers and drive key business outcomes, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Track record of supporting customer-centric AI/ML solutions with quantifiable business impact
• 2+ years applied experience in AI/ML and data science with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 2+ years experience developing models in Python using PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, LGBM, NumPy, pandas, SQL, and RESTful APIs
• Expertise in analytical, statistical, and AI/ML methods focused on shipping product improvements
• Experience with transformer architectures and embeddings

• Develop frameworks for evaluating and measuring AI features to improve speed, quality, and ROI
