Description

You will provide evidence-based, compassionate care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions in a virtual-first telehealth setting, helping close the gender health gap. Appointments are designed to allow time to listen, educate, and personalize care, supported by a collaborative clinical team and user-friendly technology.

Requirements

• Active NP license in Oregon and at least one other U.S. state (multiple preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based care for women in midlife transitions
• Educate patients on menopause and midlife health options
• Prescribe medications and therapies via telehealth platform
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders
• Participate in weekly accredited clinical education
