💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a technical authority for high-reliability RF and microwave electronics used in aerospace and defense applications. You'll lead architecture development and component trade studies to meet system-level RF performance requirements across multiple programs. This on-site role spans the full product lifecycle from early design through production and field support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of complex RF circuit boards with catalog MMICs
• Set direction for schematics, layouts, and design documentation
• Serve as technical authority for linear, nonlinear, and EM simulations
• Guide PCB layout and RF stack-up definition
• Lead RF testing, integration, and troubleshooting

📋 Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years RF engineering experience
• Proven technical leadership developing RF hardware for aerospace/defense
• Expert understanding of RF fundamentals (gain, noise figure, linearity, etc.)
• Hands-on experience leading RF test activities with VNAs, spectrum analyzers

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in EE, Systems Engineering, or related
• Power amplifier design expertise
• EMI/EMC compliance knowledge for aerospace standards
