You'll own the full customer lifecycle for SMB accounts, driving adoption and renewal through automated workflows in our Customer Success Platform. Your core impact will be reducing churn and identifying expansion opportunities using product telemetry and data insights. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Design automated lifecycle triggers for onboarding and adoption milestones
- Monitor customer health scores and manage renewal cycle for SMB segment
- Aggregate user feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering
- Lead implementation and evolution of Customer Success Platform
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or RevOps
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science
- Data-fluent with ability to structure datasets and derive insights
- Technical communication skills to explain complex concepts simply
