💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits for adult and geriatric patients as part of a multi-disciplinary team, helping clients receive care at home. This role offers flexible per diem scheduling in Montgomery County.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.

📋 Requirements

• Current SLP license in Maryland.
• Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA or equivalent.
• Prior home health experience required.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
