💼 About This Role

You'll own LiveOps and product performance strategy for one or more mobile games, driving player engagement and monetization through data-driven experimentation. This high-impact role offers full remote flexibility in an international team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive LiveOps strategy for mobile game titles.
• Design and optimize in-game events, promotions, and progression systems.
• Analyze player behavior and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for aligned execution.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Manager or LiveOps Manager.
• Strong experience with mobile games (casual, puzzle, or progression-based).
• Deep understanding of game KPIs like retention, engagement, monetization, and LTV.
• Proven experience with LiveOps, event design, and performance optimization using player data.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in remote environments.
• Knowledge of progression systems and game balancing principles.
• 6+ years of experience preferred.
