Description

As a Senior Propulsion Engineer, you will take engine operations from concept to reliable, repeatable flight, developing and overseeing all processes to prepare and fly Starship launch vehicles. Collaborate with brilliant engineers to achieve airline-like operations for the world's highest-performing rocket engines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with thermofluids training
• 4+ years experience with liquid rocket engines or fluid systems
• Experience in hardware design, manufacture, assembly, test, or flight
• Willingness to travel between CA, TX, or FL and work extended hours

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development engineering, and flight operations for Raptor engine propulsion systems
• Enable high launch cadence through automated analysis of test and flight data
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve reliable engine performance
• Support live test and flight operations as primary console operator
• Own critical spaceflight operations and execute hardware troubleshooting
