💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to lead in a dynamic retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
