💼 About This Role

You'll manage and scale paid media campaigns for gaming and entertainment clients. You'll optimize full-funnel user acquisition strategies focusing on CPA and ROAS. You'll collaborate with a creatively-led, data-informed team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Partner with creative teams to concept and test high-performing ad creative
  • Build and optimize full-funnel user acquisition strategies for gaming clients
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to maximize performance insights

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid media experience in mobile gaming, real money gaming, or social casino
  • Deep experience with Meta, TikTok, Snap, X, Apple Search Ads, Google UAC
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and retargeting
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution and MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with programmatic platforms like Moloco, AppLovin, and Rokt
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
