Description

You will lead strategic and operational initiatives across MongoDB, serving as a key thought partner to senior leadership. You will drive high-impact projects from problem framing through execution, manage a team of analysts, and shape business decisions at scale. This hybrid role requires working in-office two to three days per week.

Requirements

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred
• 8+ years in business strategy and operations, including 3+ years in management consulting and senior role at a tech company
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong executive communication skills, proficiency in SQL
• Experience managing multiple high-priority workstreams in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end
• Serve as trusted advisor to product and GTM leadership on strategy and resource allocation
• Lead a team of Business Operations analysts and associates
• Define analytical frameworks and operational processes for scaling
• Partner with executive management to develop board-level narratives and strategic recommendations
