💼 About This Role

You'll provide virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self Management Education to help clients achieve lasting behavior change. You'll manage a panel of clients with chronic cardiometabolic conditions through video, phone, and messaging. This role is part of a virtual, personalized obesity care provider trusted by Fortune 100 companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a panel of clients for chronic cardiometabolic conditions.
• Communicate via video calls, telephone, and electronic messaging.
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing Techniques for behavior change.
• Collaborate with coordinated care team for best-in-class experience.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in dietetics or related field.
• Registered Dietitian credential from Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• 3 years in a clinical or community setting preferred.
• 10 hours/week commitment minimum.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).
• Obesity and Weight Management Certification.
• Spanish fluency.
