You'll color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center. You'll ensure cars meet quality standards before reaching customers, with state-of-the-art tools and opportunities for skill progression.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Color-match and mix paint for vehicles
• Airbrush vehicles to repair cosmetic defects
• Operate painting equipment and tools safely
• Inspect finished work for quality standards

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Work in a fast-paced production environment
