Description

As a Customer Advocate at Carvana, you will deliver vehicles to customers' doors, complete paperwork, and ensure a positive customer experience. You'll load/unload vehicles onto a car hauler and maintain a clean driving record while working a rotating schedule including weekends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Obtain a Notary within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana)
• Satisfy state-specific DMV access requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system
• Inspect car-hauler for safety
• Obtain and maintain required licenses and notary
