Requirements

• Minimum 10 years related experience with 5+ years management
• Strong background in education, instructional leadership, and California district partnerships
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-site educational implementation initiatives
• Experience scoping work for renewals and pricing accurately
• Proven ability to leverage data for continuous improvement and strategic planning

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of Senior Directors overseeing 8+ major district projects across West Coast
• Lead scoping and pricing for expansions and renewals aligned to service packages
• Build and maintain relationships with senior district leaders and state education agencies
• Collaborate on workforce strategy, capacity planning, and resource allocation
• Lead change management efforts to align team with strategic vision
