Description

You'll oversee home modification installations for older adults and individuals with disabilities, coordinating between clinical teams, clients, and service providers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your work directly improves quality of life by preventing falls and reducing hospitalizations.

Requirements

• 3+ years construction field work, residential preferred
• 5+ years working in residential management
• Experience with home modifications (bathrooms, ramps, etc.) preferred
• Must reside in MA with ability to travel 50% within state

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for home modification installations
• Coordinate between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a network of qualified Service Providers
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and serve as escalation point for issues
