🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEPs
• Co-teach with general education teachers to model accommodations
• Manage IEP caseload, write compliant IEPs, and facilitate meetings
• Implement behavior support plans and apply ABA strategies

📋 Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution

• 2+ years experience in special education or behavioral support
• Background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Knowledge of IDEA compliance and inclusion practices
