🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day flow for nursing team, providing tools and support.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, and onboarding.
• Address patient care issues and team dynamics with empathy.
• Partner with hospital leadership to align on goals and flow.

📋 Requirements

• Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state.
• 5+ years in a clinical veterinary nursing role.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.

✨ Nice to Have

• A.S. or B.S. from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program.
• Emergency-specific nursing experience.
