You'll coordinate property compliance activities by managing communication between tenants, landlords, and service providers. - Coordinate health and safety inspection appointments via phone and online systems
- Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule inspection appointments
- Respond to tenant inquiries related to property inspections and compliance schedules
- Maintain accurate records of communications, bookings, and follow-up actions
- Monitor missed appointments and proactively manage rescheduling processes

- Previous experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or administrative support
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment managing deadlines
