You will drive daily sales execution and pipeline rigor, blending hands-on selling with sales floor leadership to ensure consistent performance against revenue goals. You'll own day-to-day activities, coach the team, and enforce disciplined follow-up and project management standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales execution and pipeline rigor
• Enforce follow-up completion standards at 24 hours, 48 hours, and 1 week
• Ensure quote and estimate accuracy and on-time completion
• Lead weekly project and pipeline reviews to maintain momentum
• Drive performance against sales goals including response times and lead flow
