- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed sales goals.
- Set clear performance goals and metrics, using data to track progress.
- Diagnose team performance with KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Troubleshoot issues and remove roadblocks to keep reps focused on selling.

- 4-5 years of experience managing Account Executives and BDRs.
- Hands-on leadership with a focus on day-to-day operations.
- Proven ability to coach junior talent to exceed targets.
- Data-centric mindset to analyze sales data and drive performance.
