You'll lead a team of account executives in a hands-on sales leadership role, driving pipeline and deal strategy for enterprise transformation consulting. You'll own a collective quota while staying active in complex deals, coaching the team to elevate conversations and close opportunities. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach and manage a team of account executives day-to-day
  • Own team quota and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Join key prospect and customer calls to accelerate deals
  • Execute sales strategy set by the CRO

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B technology sales
  • 2+ years managing a team of quota-carrying ICs
  • Experience selling IT consulting or professional services
  • Financial services industry experience

✨ Nice to Have

  • Automotive industry experience
  • Experience with Enterprise Service Management or SDLC Transformation
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM
