You'll lead a team of account executives in a hands-on sales leadership role, driving pipeline and deal strategy for enterprise transformation consulting. You'll own a collective quota while staying active in complex deals, coaching the team to elevate conversations and close opportunities. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Coach and manage a team of account executives day-to-day
- Own team quota and maintain accurate forecasting
- Join key prospect and customer calls to accelerate deals
- Execute sales strategy set by the CRO
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B technology sales
- 2+ years managing a team of quota-carrying ICs
- Experience selling IT consulting or professional services
- Financial services industry experience

- Automotive industry experience
- Experience with Enterprise Service Management or SDLC Transformation
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM
