💼 About This Role

You'll lead a product engineering team building rental financial services for renters and property managers. Your core impact is ship features end-to-end while growing engineers. This role offers a chance to work closely with co-founders as we scale from Seed to Series A.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 4-8 engineers on product engineering teams.
• Write and ship features alongside your team.
• Own delivery end to end with planning and prioritization.
• Conduct design reviews, code review, on-call, and standup.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 2+ years managing engineers directly
• Ruby (Grape), React/Next.js, TypeScript experience
• Experience with AWS and Terraform

• Experience with third-party APIs (OAuth, webhooks)
• Running AI coding agents autonomously (Claude Code)
