You'll lead the Giger team building a developer sandbox platform that enables engineers to spin up production-like environments in minutes. Your work will directly impact hundreds of engineers across 200+ product teams, enabling faster development and testing at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a distributed team of 6-8 engineers
• Drive technical roadmap for the sandbox platform
• Mentor engineers and raise the team's bar
• Manage on-call shifts and ensure platform stability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years of infrastructure experience with Kubernetes and AWS/GCP
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, or Go/Python

• Experience with Helm and GitOps
• Familiarity with CNCF landscape
