💼 About This Role

You'll build the measurement and automation foundation for marketing at a new bank in Mexico. You'll turn data into insights, dashboards, and automated workflows to improve media investment decisions. This is not a campaign execution role—it's about marketing measurement, lightweight data engineering, and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build TV attribution models using uplift, time-series, and conversion windows
  • Automate data ingestion from media platforms and research providers
  • Build executive and operational dashboards in Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI
  • Automate budget tracking, reconciliation, and agency monitoring with AI agents

📋 Requirements

  • 1.5–3 years in Marketing, Data, or Growth Analytics
  • Strong SQL including joins, window functions, and query optimisation
  • Hands-on Python with pandas, APIs, and ETL workflows
  • Advanced English level
