You'll lead the corporate collections team for Careem's B2B business across the Middle East. Your core impact will be ensuring timely recovery of receivables and maintaining strong client relationships to minimize bad debt. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders across UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Jordan for collections
• Monitor client payments and resolve disputes promptly
• Lead collection calls and ensure timely follow-ups
• Prepare aging reports and update AR records

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
• 3-4+ years of relevant work experience
• Proactive approach and ownership of tasks
• Good knowledge of Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience with Oracle
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
