Description

As a Rocket Delivery Sourcing MD / Brand Manager for the pet supplies category, you will manage the entire A-to-Z process including sales, profit, and inventory. You will formulate category strategies, discover and grow brands based on market and customer data, build brand partnerships for direct procurement, and manage category P&L along with product and promotion strategies.

Requirements

• Experienced professional in merchandising, brand management, or retail buying
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for strategic decision-making
• Ability to build and manage brand partnerships
• Experience in e-commerce or fast-growing retail environment preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action and results

Responsibilities

• Manage the pet supplies category P&L and end-to-end operations including sales, profit, and inventory
• Formulate mid-to-long-term category strategies using market and customer data
• Discover and onboard high-potential brands to secure growth foundation for Rocket Delivery
• Build brand partnerships and design business structures for direct procurement and joint marketing
• Develop product assortment and promotion strategies to drive category performance
