Description
You will oversee production operations in a cannabis manufacturing facility, ensuring quality and inventory standards are met. You'll lead employees directly on the plant floor, organize workflows, and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years in production environment, 2+ years supervisory capacity
- High school diploma or GED required; BSc/BA preferred
- Experience directing and evaluating subordinates
- Knowledge in continuous improvement (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba Walks)
- Must pass background checks, be 21+, and obtain state Agent badge
Responsibilities
- Lead production employees through personal example and interpersonal skills
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities
- Establish and improve departmental policies, goals, and objectives
- Accomplish manufacturing results through planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and state laws/regulations
