💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic advisor to large customers, guiding them through a successful launch of the Brex platform. Your primary goals are to drive wide product adoption and help customers transform their financial workflows. You'll act as a hybrid coach, project manager, and product expert.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end global enterprise implementations and launches.
• Serve as a strategic consultant to discover business needs and coach on Brex usage.
• Drive customer success and adoption through change management strategies.
• Manage and cultivate customer relationships with multi-threaded connections.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing SaaS or consulting roles.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on domain experience in Travel Expense industry.
• Ability to lead complex customer engagements and manage technical and non-technical workstreams.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with cross-functional resolution ability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on implementation experience with Financial, Expense Management, or ERP software.
• Additional domain expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, or Corporate Card Program Management.
