Description

As Director of People Operations & Total Rewards, you will build and automate the people infrastructure to support organizational growth. You will lead compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave programs, and drive data analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Deep experience leading compensation, benefits, and People Operations programs in a complex, multi-site organization
• Both strategic and hands-on, comfortable designing scalable frameworks and staying close to operational details
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions, communicate clearly, and influence leaders
