Description

You will build and lead a team of multi-skilled technicians, develop maintenance processes, manage PM schedules, spares inventory, and metrics like OEE and mean time to repair. You'll oversee execution of all maintenance work, troubleshoot, conduct root cause analysis, and assign technicians to ensure high performance in a fast-paced production environment supporting the Starlink program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years professional experience in machining/maintenance/manufacturing, OR 5+ years professional experience
• 2+ years in a direct leadership role
• Willing to work all shifts, extended hours, and weekends
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
