๐ผ About This Role
You'll provide customer support and drive platform adoption for unmanaged accounts at Perk, an intelligent travel and spend management platform. You'll act as a first point of contact, helping customers use Perk effectively and identifying growth opportunities. This role offers hands-on exposure to a broad client base and a clear path into Account Management.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries submitted to the Account Management team
- Support unmanaged accounts across all subscription types and company sizes
- Assist Account Managers with creating and maintaining support materials
- Engage unmanaged accounts to increase usage and adoption of the platform
๐ Requirements
- Proficient English skills spoken and written
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Excellent written communication skills
