You'll provide customer support and drive platform adoption for unmanaged accounts at Perk, an intelligent travel and spend management platform. You'll act as a first point of contact, helping customers use Perk effectively and identifying growth opportunities. This role offers hands-on exposure to a broad client base and a clear path into Account Management.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries submitted to the Account Management team
  • Support unmanaged accounts across all subscription types and company sizes
  • Assist Account Managers with creating and maintaining support materials
  • Engage unmanaged accounts to increase usage and adoption of the platform

  • Proficient English skills spoken and written
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written communication skills
