You'll develop and implement individualized intervention plans using a neurodiversity affirming, NDBI approach for children under 6. You'll supervise a small team of Behavior Technicians and partner with families through structured parent training. This center-based role offers small caseloads and a supportive clinical team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to build individualized treatment plans.
• Lead and mentor a small team of 5-6 Behavior Technicians.
• Implement a structured, curriculum-based NDBI parent training model.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification (required).
• Experience working with young autistic children under age 6.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
